The Delta Dental Smile Cam

Delta Dental was looking for a unique promotion to enhance their name in the community and a way to reach business, union, and municipal decision-makers while in a relaxed setting. We created the Delta Dental Smile Cam promotion at the Freedom Hill Amphitheatre in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Freedom Hill hosts many season ticket holder and corporate sponsor events in the Hillside Club before each event. Most of their guests are decision-makers in businesses, municipalities, and trade unions. In addition, if the Band or Artist allows for a meet & greet, the people that are invited backstage are typically the season ticket holder and sponsors and their important guests.

At each concert, a photographer would take pictures of the guests, entertainers, and backstage meet and greets. These pictures were posted on the Freedom Hill website for viewing the next day. Guests were given a specially designed Delta Dental Smile Cam Card with information on how to download their free picture and receive valuable information from Delta Dental. We also installed a Freedom Hill/Delta Dental logo backdrop for photos taken backstage during meet & greets. When at the website, guests were required to answer a few survey questions before downloading their picture. Delta Dental was able to obtain valuable data and provide a treasured memory for the guests of Freedom Hill and the community. It was a Win-Win promotion for all.

Delta is now using the Delta Dental Smile Cam concept at Comerica Park, Ford Field, and other sponsored venues. In fact, Delta Dental competitors have been using the Smile Cam idea at their events.


Park It. A Free Family Fun Night in City Parks.

Park It was created to provide our sponsors with a targeted demographic audience and a unique branding opportunity.

Sponsors are able to reach consumers in a relaxed setting and in a real grassroots kind of way, while providing tremendous community goodwill as well.

Our family fun nights consist of live entertainment, kid’s activities, sponsor-guest interaction, data collection, giveaways, followed by a family movie under the stars.

Park It is in its 7th year and has grown steadily in sponsorship and attendance. In 2014, the Park It Tour visited 30 cities across southeast Michigan.

Our mission was to provide free quality family programming to area residents and city parks directors, while targeting a specific demographic for our sponsors.
